In most cases you can solve the problem by following these guidelines:

If you're trying to access the Internet using the mobile network when abroad, data roaming needs to be activated on your mobile phone.

Solution: Activate data roaming.
Please note: you may induce additional costs by activating data roaming.

Slide two fingers down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Press the settings icon.

Press More.

Press Mobile networks.

Press Data roaming to activate or deactivate the function.

If you activate data roaming:
Press OK to confirm.

Press the home icon to end the session and return to the Home screen.

2 Activate or deactivate data roaming
