Troubleshooting
If your device isn't working properly, you can try several solutions to solve the problem.
In most cases you can solve the problem by following these guidelines:

If your device is slow, it may help restarting it.
Solution: Restart your device.
It's a good idea to turn your device off and on regularly as this improves device performance.
Solution: Turn your device off and on.
For your device to function optimally, the battery must be charged. To extend the battery life, it's recommended that you charge the battery before it runs flat and that you don't fully charge it (e.g. overnight).
Solution: Charge the battery.
If your battery discharges quickly, you can reduce the power consumption by activating low power mode if the function is supported by your device.
Solution: Activate low power mode.
If you've used many applications on your device, it may get slow because the applications keep running in the background.
Solution: End running applications.
If one or more apps aren't working as intended, it may affect device performance. This may be due to an app error and it therefore needs to be updated to the newest version since the app developer continuously corrects errors and makes improvements.
Solution: Update your apps to the newest version.
If the device memory is filled with apps, music, picture, video clips etc., this may be the reason why your device feels slow.
Solution: Uninstall apps or delete other content from the memory. You can also expand the memory by inserting a compatible memory card into your device if supported.
If your device, for unknown reasons, gets slow or doesn't work as it usually does, it may help restoring the factory default settings. Please note that the configurations and content you've added to your device yourself may be deleted. We recommend you back up your device first.
Solution: Restore factory default settings.
We suggest you try updating the device software if you haven't done so recently. Manufacturers often use software updates to add new functionality and resolve problems.
