Set up your mobile phone for Swisscom e-mail

You can set up your mobile phone to send and receive e-mails from your Swisscom e-mail account. Remember, first you need to set up your mobile phone for Internet.

Press the menu icon.

Press Email.

Key in your Swisscom e-mail address.

If you've already set up an e-mail account on your mobile phone, do the following:
Press the Menu key.
Press Settings.
Press ADD ACCOUNT.
Key in your Swisscom e-mail address.

Press Password and key in the password for your Swisscom e-mail account.

If you've forgotten your e-mail password (not your Swisscom Login password), you can find it in the Customer Center.

Press Next.

If you've forgotten your e-mail password (not your Swisscom Login password), you can find it in the Customer Center.

Press the drop down list below "Inbox checking frequency".

Press Manual or the required setting.

Press Send email from this account by default to activate or deactivate the function.

When the box next to the menu item is marked, the e-mail account is selected as the default account.

Press Next.

Press the field below "Give this account a name (optional)" and key in the required name.

Press the field below "Your name (displayed on outgoing messages)" and key in the required sender name.

Press Next.
Wait while your mobile phone retrieves new e-mails.

Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.

1. Find "Email"

Press the menu icon.
Press Email.

2. Enter the e-mail address

Key in your Swisscom e-mail address.

3. Enter the password

Press Password and key in the password for your Swisscom e-mail account.

4. Select setting for retrieval of new e-mails

Press the drop down list below "Inbox checking frequency".
Press Manual or the required setting.

5. Select default e-mail account

Press Send email from this account by default to activate or deactivate the function.
When the box next to the menu item is marked, the e-mail account is selected as the default account.
Press Next.

6. Enter an account name

Press the field below "Give this account a name (optional)" and key in the required name.

7. Enter the sender name

Press the field below "Your name (displayed on outgoing messages)" and key in the required sender name.

8. Retrieve e-mails

Press Next.
Wait while your mobile phone retrieves new e-mails.

9. Return to the Home screen

Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.
