If you're trying to access the Internet using the mobile network when abroad, data roaming needs to be activated on your mobile phone.
Solution: Activate data roaming. Please note: you may induce additional costs by activating data roaming.
Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.Press the settings icon.
Press Mobile networks.
Press Data roaming to activate or deactivate the function.
Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.
