If your device isn't working properly, you can try several solutions to solve the problem.
In most cases you can solve the problem by following these guidelines:

Press Apps.

Press the drop down list in the top left corner of the display.

3 Write the e-mail
Press the new e-mail icon.
4 Select recipient
Press the field next to "To" and key in the first letters of the required contact.
Matching contacts from the address book are displayed.

5 Enter subject
Press Subject and key in a subject for the e-mail.
6 Write the text
Press the text input field.

Go to the required folder.

8 Send the e-mail
Press SEND when you've finished your e-mail.
9 Return to the Home screen
Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.

1 Find "ADD NEW ACCOUNT"
Press Apps.
Press Samsung.
Press Email.
Press ADD NEW ACCOUNT.
2 Enter e-mail address
Press Email address and key in your Swisscom e-mail address.
3 Enter password
Press Password and key in the password for your Swisscom e-mail account.
Press SIGN IN.
4 Activate synchronisation of e-mails
Press MORE.
Press Settings.
Press the name of the e-mail account you've just set up.
Press Sync account to activate the function.
5 Enter an account name
Press Account name and key in the required name.
Press OK.
6 Enter the sender name
Press Your name and key in the required sender name.
Press OK.
7 Select settings for retrieval of new e-mails
Press Sync schedule.
Press Set sync schedule.
Press Auto (when received), Manual or the required period.
8 Select setting for synchronisation when roaming
Press Sync data while roaming.
Press Manual or Use above settings.
9 Select setting for synchronisation during peak hours
Press Peak schedule to activate or deactivate the function.
If you activate the function:
Press Set peak schedule.
Press Set peak schedule.
Press Auto (when received), Manual or the required period.
Press the required days below "Peak days".
Press the field next to "Start time".
Slide your finger up or down on hour and minute.
Press SET.
Press the field next to "End time".
Slide your finger up or down on hour and minute.
Press SET.
Press the Return key.
10 Return to the Home screen
Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.
