In most cases you can solve the problem by following these guidelines:

If you're abroad and data roaming is deactivated on your mobile phone, you can't send and receive MMS.

Solution: Activate data roaming.

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Press the settings icon.

Press Mobile networks.

Press Data roaming to activate or deactivate the function.

If you activate the function:
Press OK.

Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.

2 Activate or deactivate data roaming

Press Data roaming to activate or deactivate the function.
If you activate the function:
Press OK.

3 Return to the Home screen

Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.
