Activate or deactivate mobile data

You can avoid unintended data traffic by deactivating mobile data. No connection to the Internet via the mobile network can then be established. You can still use WLAN even though mobile data is deactivated.

Press Apps.

Press Settings.

Step 3 of 7

Press More settings.

Step 4 of 7

Press Mobile networks.

Step 5 of 7

Press Use packet data to activate or deactivate mobile data.

Step 6 of 7

When the box next to the menu item is marked, mobile data is activated.

Step 7 of 7

Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.

1. Find "Mobile networks"

Press Apps.
Press Settings.
Press More settings.
Press Mobile networks.

2. Activate or deactivate mobile data

Press Use packet data to activate or deactivate mobile data.
When the box next to the menu item is marked, mobile data is activated.

3. Return to the Home screen

Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.
