How to connect to a WLAN

You can use WLAN as an alternative to the mobile network to connect to the Internet. Your mobile phone doesn't use data traffic when connected to a WLAN.

Press Apps.

Press Settings.

Step 3 of 8

Press Wi-Fi.

Step 4 of 8

Press the indicator next to "Wi-Fi" to activate the function.

When the indicator turns green, WLAN is activated.

A list of WLANs within range is displayed.
Press the required network.

Step 7 of 8

Follow the instructions on the display to key in security settings.
Press Connect.

Step 8 of 8

Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.

1. Find "Wi-Fi"

Press Apps.
Press Settings.
Press Wi-Fi.

2. Activate WLAN

Press the indicator next to "Wi-Fi" to activate the function.
When the indicator turns green, WLAN is activated.

3. Connect to a WLAN

A list of WLANs within range is displayed.
Press the required network.
Follow the instructions on the display to key in security settings.
Press Connect.

4. Return to the Home screen

Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.
