Set up your mobile phone for Swisscom e-mail
You can set up your mobile phone to send and receive e-mails from your Swisscom e-mail account. Remember, you need to set up your mobile phone for Internet.
1. Find "Accounts"
Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Press the settings icon.
Press Cloud and accounts.
Press Accounts.
2. Set up new e-mail account
Press Add account.
Press Email.
3. Enter e-mail address
Press Email address and key in your Swisscom e-mail address.
4. Enter password
Press Password and key in the password for your Swisscom e-mail account.
If you've forgotten your e-mail password (not your Swisscom Login password), you can find it in the Customer Center.
5. Finish setup
Press SIGN IN. Your e-mail account has been set up. To select more settings, such as synchronisation and naming of the e-mail account, continue with the following steps.
Press the home icon.
6. Enter e-mail account name
Slide your finger upwards on the display.
Press Samsung.
Press Email.
Slide your finger right on the display.
Press the settings icon.
Press the name of the e-mail account you've just set up.
Press Account name.
Key in the required name and press DONE.
7. Enter the sender name
Press Your name and key in the required sender name.
Press DONE.
8. Select setting for retrieval of new e-mails
Press Sync schedule.
Press Set sync schedule.
Press the required setting.
9. Select setting for synchronisation when roaming
Press Sync schedule while roaming.
To set the synchronisation manually, press Manually.
To select the predefined synchronisation, press Using regular schedule.
10. Select setting for synchronisation during peak hours
Press Peak schedule to activate or deactivate the function and follow the instructions on the display to select the required settings.
Press the return icon.
11. Return to the Home screen
Press the home icon to end the session and return to the Home screen.
