Change password for your Swisscom e-mail account in the Customer Centre

You can change the password for your Swisscom e-mail account. Remember, you need to set up your mobile phone for Swisscom e-mail.

Step 1 of 15

Press Internet.

Press the address bar.

Step 3 of 15

Key in www.swisscom.ch/login and press Go.

Step 4 of 15

Press the field below "Username or mobile number" and key in your Swisscom username.

Press Continue.

Press the field below "Password" and key in your Swisscom password.

Press Login.

Step 8 of 15

Press the menu icon.

Press E-Mail.

Press Change password.

Press Forgotten password / change.

Press the field below "New password" and key in a new password.

Press the field below "Confirm new password" and key in the new password again.

Press Save change.

Press the home icon to end the session and return to the Home screen.

Once you’ve changed the password for your Swisscom e-mail account in the Customer Centre, you need to update the password on your mobile phone.

1. Find "Internet"

Press Internet.

2. Log on to the Customer Centre

Press the address bar.
Key in www.swisscom.ch/login and press Go.
Press the field below "Username or mobile number" and key in your Swisscom username.
Press Continue.
Press the field below "Password" and key in your Swisscom password.
Press Login.

3. Change the password for your Swisscom e-mail account in the Customer Centre

Press the menu icon.
Press E-Mail.
Press Change password.
Press Forgotten password / change.
Press the field below "New password" and key in a new password.
Press the field below "Confirm new password" and key in the new password again.
Press Save change.

4. Return to the Home screen

Press the home icon to end the session and return to the Home screen.
Once you’ve changed the password for your Swisscom e-mail account in the Customer Centre, you need to update the password on your mobile phone.
