Restore the factory default settings

If your mobile phone is slow or in any other way doesn't work or respond as well as it should, it may help to restore the factory default settings. This deletes all configurations you've made in your mobile phone.

Step 1 of 8

Slide your finger downwards on the display.

Press the settings icon.

Step 3 of 8

Press Additional Settings.

Press Back Up and Reset.

Step 5 of 8

Press Erase all data (factory reset).

Press Erase All Data.

Press Erase Data.

Press Erase Data and wait a moment while the factory default settings are restored. Follow the instructions on the display to set up your mobile phone and prepare it for use.

1. Find "Erase all data (factory reset)"

Slide your finger downwards on the display.
Press the settings icon.
Press Additional Settings.
Press Back Up and Reset.
Press Erase all data (factory reset).

2. Restore factory default settings

Press Erase All Data.
Press Erase Data.
Press Erase Data and wait a moment while the factory default settings are restored. Follow the instructions on the display to set up your mobile phone and prepare it for use.
