Update password for your Swisscom e-mail account on your mobile phone

You need to update the password for your Swisscom e-mail account after you've changed it. Remember, you need to change the password in the Customer Centre.

Press Email.

Press the menu icon.

Step 3 of 11

Press Settings.

Step 4 of 11

Press the name of your Swisscom e-mail account.

Step 5 of 11

Press Incoming settings.

Step 6 of 11

Press the field below "Password", delete the old password and key in the new password.

Press DONE.

Press Outgoing settings.

Press the field below "Password", delete the old password and key in the new password.

Press DONE.

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the display to return to the Home screen.

1. Find "Email"

Press Email.

2. Update the password for your Swisscom e-mail account on your mobile phone

Press the menu icon.
Press Settings.
Press the name of your Swisscom e-mail account.
Press Incoming settings.
Press the field below "Password", delete the old password and key in the new password.
Press DONE.
Press Outgoing settings.
Press the field below "Password", delete the old password and key in the new password.
Press DONE.

3. Return to the Home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the display to return to the Home screen.
