Troubleshooting

If your device isn't working properly, you can try several solutions to solve the problem.
In most cases you can solve the problem by following these guidelines:

If you haven't activated a Google account on your mobile phone, you can't install apps.

Solution: Activate a Google account on your mobile phone.

Step 1 of 10

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Press the settings icon.

Press Accounts & sync.

Step 3 of 10

Press the add account icon.

Step 4 of 10

Press Google.

Step 5 of 10

Press Enter your email and key in the username for your Google account.

Step 6 of 10

Press NEXT.

Step 7 of 10

Press Password and key in the password for your Google account.

Step 8 of 10

Press NEXT.

Press ACCEPT.
Follow the instructions on the display to select settings for your Google account.

Press the home icon to end the session and return to the Home screen.

1 Find " Google"

2 Activate your Google account

Press Enter your email and key in the username for your Google account.
Press NEXT.
Press Password and key in the password for your Google account.
Press NEXT.
Press ACCEPT.
Follow the instructions on the display to select settings for your Google account.

3 Return to the Home screen

Press the home icon to end the session and return to the Home screen.
