Cause 2 of 5: You're abroad and data roaming is deactivated on your mobile phone
If you're abroad and data roaming is deactivated on your mobile phone, you can't send and receive MMS.
Solution: Activate data roaming.
Slide two fingers down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.Press and hold the mobile data icon.
Press Data roaming to activate or deactivate the function.
If you activate data roaming:Press OK to confirm.
Press the home icon to end the session and return to the Home screen.
