Set up your mobile phone for Swisscom e-mail
You can set up your mobile phone to send and receive e-mails from your Swisscom e-mail account. Remember, you need to set up your mobile phone for Internet.
1. Find "Users & accounts"
Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Press the settings icon.
Press Users & accounts.
2. Set up new e-mail account
Press Add account.
Press Personal (IMAP).
3. Enter e-mail address
Press the field below "Enter your email address" and key in your Swisscom e-mail address.
Press NEXT.
4. Enter password
Press the field below "Password" and key in the password for your Swisscom e-mail account.
If you've forgotten your e-mail password (not your Swisscom Login password), you can find it in the Customer Center.
Press NEXT.

5. Select setting for retrieval of new e-mails
Press the drop down list below "Sync frequency:".
Press the required setting.
6. Activate or deactivate e-mail notification
Press Notify me when emails arrive to activate or deactivate the function.
7. Activate or deactivate e-mail synchronisation
Press Sync email for this account to activate or deactivate the function.
Press NEXT.
8. Enter an account name
Press the field below "Account name (optional)" and key in the required name.
9. Enter the sender name
Press the field below "Your name" and key in the required sender name.
Press NEXT.
10. Return to the Home screen
Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.
