Cause 4 of 5: Mobile data is deactivated on your mobile phone
If mobile data is deactivated on your mobile phone, you can't send and receive MMS.
Solution: Activate mobile data.
Press Mobile Data.
Press the indicator next to "Mobile Data" to activate or deactivate the function.
Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.
