If flight mode is activated, your mobile phone's transmitting functions are deactivated. This means that you can't access the Internet using neither the mobile network nor WLAN.
Solution: Deactivate flight mode.
Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom edge of the display.Press the flight mode icon to activate or deactivate the function.
Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.
