Troubleshooting
If your device isn't working properly, you can try several solutions to solve the problem.
In most cases you can solve the problem by following these guidelines:

1 Find "Mail"
Press Mail.
2 Select e-mail account
To see a list of e-mail accounts:
Press the field in the top left corner of the display.

Press the required e-mail account below "All Inboxes".
3 Write the e-mail
Press the new e-mail icon.
4 Select recipient
Press To and key in the first letters of the required contact.
Matching contacts from the address book are displayed.

5 Enter subject
Press Subject and key in a subject for the e-mail.
6 Write text
Press the text input field and write the required text.
7 Attach picture or video clip
Press anywhere in the text input field.
Press Insert Photo or Video and go to the required folder.
Press the required picture or the required video clip.
Press Choose.
8 Send the e-mail
Press Send when you've finished your e-mail.
9 Return to the Home screen
Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.

2 Set up new e-mail account
Press Accounts.
Press Add Account.
Press the required provider or Other.
If you select a provider:
Follow the instructions on the display to log on.

If you select Other:
Press Add Mail Account.
3 Enter sender name
Press Name and key in the name you want to use as sender name in your e-mails.
4 Enter e-mail address
Press Email and key in your Swisscom e-mail address.
5 Enter password
Press Password and key in the password for your Swisscom e-mail account.
6 Enter an account name
Press Description and key in the required name.
Press Next.
7 Activate or deactivate synchronisation
Press the indicator next to "Mail" to activate or deactivate e-mail synchronisation.
Press the indicator next to "Notes" to activate or deactivate synchronisation of notes.
Press Save.
8 Select setting for retrieval of new e-mails
Press Fetch New Data.
Press the indicator nexto to "Push" to activate or deactivate the function.
If you deactivate Push:
Press the required period or Manually.
To select settings for a specific e-mail account:
Press the required e-mail account.
Press the required e-mail account.
Press Fetch or Manual.
Press Fetch New Data.
Press Accounts.
9 Return to the Home screen
Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.
