Troubleshooting
If your device isn't working properly, you can try several solutions to solve the problem.
In most cases you can solve the problem by following these guidelines:
1 Find "Safari"
Press Safari.
2 Open Cockpit
Press the address bar.
Key in https://cockpit.swisscom.ch/cockpit and press Go.
3 Log on to Cockpit
Key in your phone number and press Next.
Press Next.
Key in the code you've received in an SMS on your mobile phone and press Next.
4 Select divert type
Press the menu icon.
Press Call settings.
Press the indicator next to the required divert type to activate the function.
5 Divert calls to your COMBOX® or another number
Press the drop down list.
To divert your calls to your COMBOX®, press Combox.
To divert your calls to another number, press Another phone number.
Press Done.
If you've chosen to divert your calls to another number, press the input field.
Key in the required number and press Done.
Press Save.
6 Return to the Home screen
Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.
