Delete e-mail configuration

If you have problems sending and receiving e-mails, you can delete the e-mail configuration and then set it up again.

Step 1 of 6

Press Settings.

Step 2 of 6

Press Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

Step 3 of 6

Press the required email account.

Step 4 of 6

Press Delete Account.

Step 5 of 6

Press Delete Account to confirm.

Step 6 of 6

Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.

1. Find "Mail, Contacts, Calendars"

Press Settings.
Press Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

2. Delete e-mail account

Press the required email account.
Press Delete Account.
Press Delete Account to confirm.

3. Return to the Home screen

Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.
