Voice calls aren't diverted to your COMBOX®

Possible cause 1 of 1:

Missed calls are only diverted to your COMBOX® if the correct settings have been selected. You can change the settings in the phone menu.

What you need to do:

To receive voice messages when you don't answer a call, you need to divert your calls to your COMBOX®.


Find "Voice call"

  • Press Phone.
  • Press MORE.
  • Press Settings.
  • Press More settings.
  • After a moment the current settings are displayed.
  • Press Call forwarding.
  • Press Voice call.


Select divert type

  • The current settings are displayed.
  • Press one of the following options:
  • Always forward
  • Forward when busy
  • Forward when unanswered
  • Forward when unreachable


Divert calls to COMBOX®

  • Key in +4186(area code)(your phone number) and press ENABLE.


Return to the Home screen

  • Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.
