You haven't activated a Google account on your mobile phone

Possible cause 3 of 3:

If you haven't activated a Google account on your mobile phone, you can't install apps.

What you need to do:

A Google account gives you access to several services on your mobile phone such as Gmail, Google Play and Google+. Remember, you need to set up your mobile phone for Internet.


Find " Google"

  • Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
  • Press the settings icon.
  • Press Accounts.
  • Press Add account.
  • Press Google.


Start activation

  • Press Existing.
To create a new account:
Press New.
Follow the instructions on the display to set up a new account.


Activate your Google account

  • Key in the username for your Google account.
  • Press Password and key in the password for your Google account.
  • Press arrow right.
  • Press OK.
  • Follow the instructions on the display to select settings for your Google account.


Return to the Home screen

  • Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.
