Voice calls aren't diverted to your COMBOX®

Possible cause 1 of 1:

Missed calls are only diverted to your COMBOX® if the correct settings have been selected. You can change the settings in the phone menu.


What you need to do:

To receive voice messages when you don't answer a call, you need to divert your calls to your COMBOX®.

1.

Find " Call forwarding"

  • Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
  • Press the settings icon.
  • Press Call.
  • Press Call forwarding.

Select divert type

  • The current settings are displayed.
  • Press one of the following options:
  • Always forward
  • Forward when busy
  • Forward when unanswered
  • Forward when unreachable

Divert calls to voicemail

  • Key in +4186(area code)(your phone number)
  • If you selected Forward when unanswered in step 2, you need to select how many seconds delay you want before the call is diverted:
  • Press the drop down list below "DELAY".
  • Press the required delay.
  • Press Enable.

Return to the Home screen

  • Press the home icon to end the session and return to the Home screen.
