You need to set up your computer and mobile phone correctly before you can use tethering.


What you need to do:

You can use your mobile phone to set up an Internet connection from a laptop or desktop. Remember, you need to set up your mobile phone for Internet.

1.

Connect mobile phone and computer

  • Start the program iTunes on your computer.
  • Connect the data cable to the socket and to your computer's USB port.
Before you connect your mobile phone and computer, you need to install iTunes on your computer.

Find "Personal Hotspot"

  • Press Settings.
  • Press Personal Hotspot.

3.

Activate tethering

  • Press the indicator next to"Personal Hotspot" until the function is activated.
  • If this is the first time you use the function:
  • Press Wi-Fi and USB Only.

4.

Establish connection

  • An Internet connection from your computer via your mobile phone is automatically established.
  • When the connection is established, you can access the Internet from your computer.
