If you haven't activated an Apple ID on your mobile phone, you can't install apps.

What you need to do:

An Apple ID gives you access to several services on your mobile phone such as iCloud, App Store and iTunes Store. Remember, you need to set up your mobile phone for Internet.


Find "iTunes & App Store"

  • Press Settings.
  • Press iTunes & App Store.


Activate Apple ID

  • Press Sign In.
  • Press Apple ID and key in the username for your Apple ID.
  • Press Password and key in the password for your Apple ID.
  • Press Sign In.
To create a new Apple ID: press Create New Apple ID and follow the instructions on the display.


Return to the Home screen

  • Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.
