Missed calls are diverted too fast

Possible cause 1 of 3:

Missed calls are diverted to your COMBOX® (or another number) after a set number of seconds. If the time limit is set to the lowest number of seconds, it may be difficult to answer the call in time.

What you need to do:

To receive voice messages when you don't answer a call, you need to divert your calls to your COMBOX®.


Find "Keypad"

  • Press Phone.
  • Press Keypad.


Select option

  • Select one of the following options:
  • Divert all calls, go to 2a.
  • Divert missed calls, go to 2b.
  • Divert if unavailable, go to 2c.
  • Divert if busy, go to 2d.

2a - Divert all calls

  • Key in **21*+4186(area code)(your phone number)#
  • Press the call icon.

2b - Divert missed calls

  • To select for how long you want your mobile phone to ring before the call is diverted:
  • Key in **61*+4186(area code)(your phone number)**the required number of seconds#
  • E.g.:
  • **61*+4186(area code)(your phone number)**5#
  • Press the call icon.

2c - Divert if unavailable

  • Key in **62*+4186(area code)(your phone number)#
  • Press the call icon.

2d - Divert if busy

  • Key in **67*+4186(area code)(your phone number)#
  • Press the call icon.


Return to the Home screen

  • Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.
