An incorrect PIN has been entered

Possible cause 3 of 10:

The PIN is used to protect your SIM card from unauthorised use. If an incorrect PIN is entered, you can't turn on your mobile phone.

What you need to do:

You need to insert your SIM card into your mobile phone before you turn it on.


Turn on your mobile phone

  • Press On/Off until your mobile phone is turned on.


Enter PIN

  • Slide your finger right on the display.
  • Press Unlock.
  • Key in your PIN and press OK.
  • If your mobile phone rejects the SIM card:
  • Contact your distributor or service provider where you bought your mobile phone.
The PIN is used to protect your SIM card from unauthorised use.
If you enter an incorrect PIN three times in a row, your SIM card will be blocked.


Turn off your mobile phone

  • Press and hold On/Off.
  • Drag the power off icon right to turn off your mobile phone.
