How to divert calls to COMBOX®

To receive voice messages when you don't answer a call, you need to divert your calls to your COMBOX®.

1.

Find "Keypad"

  • Press Phone.
  • Press Keypad.

2.

Select option

  • Select one of the following options:
  • Divert all calls, go to 2a.
  • Divert missed calls, go to 2b.
  • Divert if unavailable, go to 2c.
  • Divert if busy, go to 2d.

2a - Divert all calls

  • Key in **21*+4186(area code)(your phone number)#
  • Press Call.

2b - Divert missed calls

  • To select for how long you want your mobile phone to ring before the call is diverted:
  • Key in **61*+4186(area code)(your phone number)**the required number of seconds#
  • E.g.:
  • **61*+4186(area code)(your phone number)**5#
  • Press Call.

2c - Divert if unavailable

  • Key in**62*+4186(area code)(your phone number)#
  • Press Call.

2d - Divert if busy

  • Key in**67*+4186(area code)(your phone number)#
  • Press Call.

3.

Return to the Home screen

  • Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.
