I can't turn on my mobile phone

Cause 4 of 10: Your SIM card is blocked

If an incorrect PUK is entered ten times in a row, your SIM card is blocked permanently.

Solution: You'll need a new SIM card. Log on to Swisscom Customer Centre to order a new SIM card.
