If your device isn't working properly, you can try several solutions to solve the problem. In most cases you can solve the problem by following these guidelines:
Cause 2 of 2: Divert of all calls is activated
If divert of all calls is activated, you can't receive any calls. All incoming calls are diverted to your COMBOX® or another number.
Solution: Deactivate divert of all calls.
Press More settings.After a moment the current settings are displayed.
Press Call forwarding.
Press Voice call.
The current settings are displayed.
Press one of the following options:Always forward
Forward when busy
Forward when unanswered
Forward when unreachable
Press DISABLE.Repeat until all diverts have been cancelled.
Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.
