    Cause 3 of 3: Your mobile phone hasn't been correctly set up for e-mail

    If your mobile phone hasn't been correctly set up for e-mail, you can't send and receive e-mail.

    Solution: set up your mobile phone for Exchange e-mail.

    Press Apps.

    Step 2 of 21

    Press Email.

    Step 3 of 21

    Key in your e-mail address.

    Step 4 of 21

    Press Password and key in the password for your e-mail account.

    Step 5 of 21

    Press NEXT.

    Step 6 of 21

    Press MORE.

    Step 7 of 21

    Press Settings.

    Step 8 of 21

    Press the name of the e-mail account you've just set up.

    Press Account name.

    Key in the required name and press OK.

    Press Sync schedule.

    Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.

    1 Find "Email"

    Press Apps.
    Press Email.

    2 Enter the e-mail address

    Key in your e-mail address.

    3 Enter password

    Press Password and key in the password for your e-mail account.
    Press NEXT.

    4 Enter e-mail account name

    Press MORE.
    Press Settings.
    Press the name of the e-mail account you've just set up.
    Press Account name.
    Key in the required name and press OK.

    5 Enter sender name

    Press Your name.
    Key in the required sender name and press OK.

    6 Select settings for retrieval of new e-mails

    Press Sync schedule.
    Press Set sync schedule.
    Press Auto (when received), Manual or the required period.
    Press the Return key the necessary number of times.

    7 Activate or deactivate e-mail notification

    Press Notifications.
    Press the name of your e-mail account.
    Press the indicator below the name of your e-mail account to activate or deactivate the function.

    8 Finish setup

    Press the Return key the necessary number of times.

    9 Return to the Home screen

    Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.
