    How to set up your mobile phone for Internet

    The Internet connection can be used for many functions in your mobile phone, such as using the Internet browser, receiving e-mails and installing apps. You'll be able to access the Internet as soon as you've inserted your SIM card into your mobile phone. If this isn't the case, we can send an Internet configuration to your mobile phone or you can set up your mobile phone manually.

    Slide your finger left on the display to open the main menu.
    Press Settings.

    Press access point.

    Press the add icon.

    Press the field below "Connection name" and key in Swisscom Services

    Press the field below "Access point name" and key in gprs.swisscom.ch

    Step 6 of 19

    Press the field below "Proxy address" and key in 192.168.210.1

    Press the field below "Proxy port" and key in 8080

    Step 8 of 19

    Press the field below "Authentication type".

    Step 9 of 19

    Press none.

    Step 10 of 19

    Press arrow down.

    Press the field below "MMS access point name" and key in event.swisscom.ch

    Press the field below "Proxy address" and key in 192.168.210.2

    Press the data connection to activate it.

    Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.

    1. Find "access point"

    2. Set up a new data connection

    Press the add icon.

    3. Enter a data connection name

    Press the field below "Connection name" and key in Swisscom Services

    4. Enter the Internet APN

    Press the field below "Access point name" and key in gprs.swisscom.ch

    5. Enter the Internet IP address

    Press the field below "Proxy address" and key in 192.168.210.1

    6. Enter the Internet port number

    Press the field below "Proxy port" and key in 8080

    7. Select the Internet authentication type

    Press the field below "Authentication type".
    Press none.
    Press arrow down.

    8. Enter the MMS APN

    Press the field below "MMS access point name" and key in event.swisscom.ch

    9. Enter the MMS IP address

    Press the field below "Proxy address" and key in 192.168.210.2

    10. Enter the MMS port number

    Press the field below "Proxy port" and key in 8080

    11. Enter MMS server

    Press the field below "MMSC address" and key in http://mms.natel.ch:8079

    12. Select the MMS authentication type

    Press the field below "Authentication type".
    Press none.

    13. Save and activate the data connection

    Press the confirm icon.
    Press the data connection to activate it.

    14. Return to the Home screen

    Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.
