    If your device isn't working properly, you can try several solutions to solve the problem.
    In most cases you can solve the problem by following these guidelines:

    I can't receive messages on my COMBOX®

    Cause 1 of 1: Voice calls aren't diverted to your COMBOX®

    Missed calls are only diverted to your COMBOX® if the correct settings have been selected. You can change the settings in the phone menu.

    Solution: Divert calls to your COMBOX®.

    Step 1 of 13

    Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
    Press the settings icon.

    Step 2 of 13

    Press Call.

    Step 3 of 13

    Press Call forwarding.

    Step 4 of 13

    The current settings are displayed.

    Step 5 of 13

    Press one of the following options:
    Always forward

    Step 6 of 13

    Forward when busy

    Step 7 of 13

    Forward when unanswered

    Step 8 of 13

    Forward when unreachable

    Step 9 of 13

    Key in +4186(area code)(your phone number)
    If you selected Forward when unanswered in step 2, you need to select how many seconds delay you want before the call is diverted:

    Press the drop down list below "DELAY".

    Press the required delay.

    Step 12 of 13

    Press Enable.

    Press the home icon to end the session and return to the Home screen.

    1 Find " Call forwarding"

    2 Select divert type

    The current settings are displayed.
    Press one of the following options:
    Always forward
    Forward when busy
    Forward when unanswered
    Forward when unreachable

    3 Divert calls to voicemail

    Key in +4186(area code)(your phone number)
    If you selected Forward when unanswered in step 2, you need to select how many seconds delay you want before the call is diverted:
    Press the drop down list below "DELAY".
    Press the required delay.
    Press Enable.

    4 Return to the Home screen

    Press the home icon to end the session and return to the Home screen.
