    If your device isn't working properly, you can try several solutions to solve the problem.
    In most cases you can solve the problem by following these guidelines:

    I can't receive messages on my COMBOX®

    Cause 1 of 1: Voice calls aren't diverted to your COMBOX®

    Missed calls are only diverted to your COMBOX® if the correct settings have been selected. You can change the settings in the phone menu.

    Solution: Divert calls to your COMBOX®.

    Step 1 of 9

    Press Phone.

    Step 2 of 9

    Press Keypad.

    Step 3 of 9

    Select one of the following options:
    Divert all calls, go to 2a.
    Divert missed calls, go to 2b.
    Divert if unavailable, go to 2c.
    Divert if busy, go to 2d.

    Step 4 of 9

    Key in **21*+4186(area code)(your phone number)#
    Press the call icon.

    Step 5 of 9

    To select for how long you want your mobile phone to ring before the call is diverted:
    Key in **61*+4186(area code)(your phone number)**the required number of seconds#

    Step 6 of 9

    E.g.:
    **61*+4186(area code)(your phone number)**5#
    Press the call icon.

    Key in **62*+4186(area code)(your phone number)#
    Press the call icon.

    Key in **67*+4186(area code)(your phone number)#
    Press the call icon.

    Step 9 of 9

    Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.

    1 Find "Keypad"

    Press Phone.
    Press Keypad.

    2 Select option

    Select one of the following options:
    Divert all calls, go to 2a.
    Divert missed calls, go to 2b.
    Divert if unavailable, go to 2c.
    Divert if busy, go to 2d.

    3 2a - Divert all calls

    Key in **21*+4186(area code)(your phone number)#
    Press the call icon.

    4 2b - Divert missed calls

    To select for how long you want your mobile phone to ring before the call is diverted:
    Key in **61*+4186(area code)(your phone number)**the required number of seconds#
    E.g.:
    **61*+4186(area code)(your phone number)**5#
    Press the call icon.

    5 2c - Divert if unavailable

    Key in **62*+4186(area code)(your phone number)#
    Press the call icon.

    6 2d - Divert if busy

    Key in **67*+4186(area code)(your phone number)#
    Press the call icon.

    7 Return to the Home screen

    Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.
