If your device isn't working properly, you can try several solutions to solve the problem. In most cases you can solve the problem by following these guidelines:
Cause 2 of 3: The e-mail is written incorrectly
The e-mail can't be sent if it's written incorrectly.
Solution: Write an e-mail correctly.
To see a list of e-mail accounts:Press the field in the top left corner of the display.
Press the required e-mail account below "All Inboxes".
Press the new e-mail icon.
Press To and key in the first letters of the required contact.Matching contacts from the address book are displayed.
Press the required contact.Repeat the procedure to add more recipients.
Press Subject and key in a subject for the e-mail.
Press the text input field and write the required text.
Press anywhere in the text input field.
Press Insert Photo or Video and go to the required folder.
Press the required picture or the required video clip.
Press Send when you've finished your e-mail.
Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.
