You need to set up your computer and mobile phone correctly before you can use tethering.

Start the program iTunes on your computer.

Step 2 of 7

Connect the data cable to the socket and to your computer's USB port.

Step 3 of 7

Press Settings.

Step 4 of 7

Press Personal Hotspot.

Step 5 of 7

Press the indicator next to"Personal Hotspot" until the function is activated.

If this is the first time you use the function:
Press Wi-Fi and USB Only.

An Internet connection from your computer via your mobile phone is automatically established.
When the connection is established, you can access the Internet from your computer.

1 Connect mobile phone and computer

Start the program iTunes on your computer.
Connect the data cable to the socket and to your computer's USB port.

2 Find "Personal Hotspot"

Press Settings.
Press Personal Hotspot.

3 Activate tethering

Press the indicator next to"Personal Hotspot" until the function is activated.
If this is the first time you use the function:
Press Wi-Fi and USB Only.

4 Establish connection

An Internet connection from your computer via your mobile phone is automatically established.
When the connection is established, you can access the Internet from your computer.
