    In most cases you can solve the problem by following these guidelines:

    I can't install apps

    Cause 3 of 3: You haven't activated an Apple ID on your mobile phone

    If you haven't activated an Apple ID on your mobile phone, you can't install apps.

    Solution: Activate an Apple ID on your mobile phone.

    Step 1 of 6

    Press Settings.

    Step 2 of 6

    Press iTunes & App Store.

    Step 3 of 6

    Press Sign In.
    Key in the username for your Apple ID.

    Step 4 of 6

    Press Password and key in the password for your Apple ID.

    Step 5 of 6

    Press Sign In.

    Step 6 of 6

    Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.

    1 Find "iTunes & App Store"

    Press Settings.
    Press iTunes & App Store.

    2 Activate Apple ID

    Press Sign In.
    Key in the username for your Apple ID.
    Press Password and key in the password for your Apple ID.
    Press Sign In.

    3 Return to the Home screen

    Press the Home key to end the session and return to the Home screen.
